CVS Caremark - Review Primary and Secondary Claim Messaging for Correct PHD Number

Provider must submit all claims electronically through the claims adjudication system to receive the adjudicated response. It is imperative that Provider review the claim response in its entirety including primary and secondary messages. Please note that this may require viewing additional screens.

Additionally, CVS Caremark® utilizes multiple Pharmacy Help Desk (PHD) numbers which may be client-specific or plan-specific. A client-specific or plan-specific PHD number may display in a claim response.
