Because of a recent explosion at the Dippin' Dots production facility, the company is instituting a temporary change in its standard operating procedure for weekly orders.

Stores are asked to call in all product orders directly to the Dippin' Dots Call Center at (270) 443-8994 until further notice. The Dippin' Dots Call Center will not conduct weekly product order calls during this time.

Additionally, the company has also placed a temporary 4 case maximum on all outbound product orders to ensure that no store will be out of stock while Dippin' Dots works to get the production facility back online.
