Change Healthcare recently began sending emails to pharmacies with ACH forms to complete. These forms are required for the restarting of payments from Change Healthcare. These forms will ask how to direct your 835 file information.

The correct selection is "835 Processor". When you make this selection a text box will appear. At this point, please enter "APCI" in this text box.

Note: You do not need to complete anything concerning IP addresses or Trading Partner Name information.
