2023-24 COVID-19 vaccines are now eligible for return through FFF Enterprises. Please review the essential steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient returns process.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate the Return:
  2. Prepare the Shipment:
    • Ship all returns to:
      Inmar Rx Solutions, Inc.
      3845 Grand Lakes Way, Suite 125
      Grand Prairie, Texas 75050
    • Include a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) form provided by Inmar.
  3. Shipping Labels:
    • Affix the returns authorization box label and your shipping label on the outside of each box.
    • Ensure each box has its own returns authorization label.
  4. Important Details:
    • Customers must cover all transportation charges.
    • Only the product listed on the return authorization should be shipped.
    • Expired products must be returned by the specified deadlines for credit eligibility.
