Urgent: Pharmacies Must Enroll in CMS Medicare Transaction Facilitator

Enrollment is Open Now - Complete ASAP

This is a critical reminder that all pharmacies must enroll in the Medicare Transaction Facilitator (MTF) Data Module as soon as possible to remain compliant with new CMS drug refund and data submission requirements starting January 1, 2026.

Failure to enroll may result in delays in receiving Medicare refunds and noncompliance with CMS policy.

✅ Quick Enrollment Checklist:

1. Sign up for CMS updates:

2. Review guidance documents:

3. Register with HARP and request MTF access:
   HARP Registration → Request “MTF Data Module" role  https://harp.cms.gov
4. Log into the CMS Enterprise Portal:
   portal.cms.gov
5. Download and sign the MTF User Agreement:
   https://www.cms.gov/files/document/dispensing-entity-mtf-agreement-final.pdf
   Must be signed by your authorized official.
6. Configure system settings and roles.

Deadline: Act ASAP – Enrollment is open NOW.
