FPA President and APCI member Eric Larson congratulates Aneesh Lakhani, recipient of the 2025 R.Q. Richards Award for Public Relations.
APCI Member Aneesh Lakhani received the 2025 R.Q. Richards Award for Public Relations. FPA President-Elect and fellow APCI Member Eric Larson presented the award to Lakhani at the recent Florida Pharmacy Association Annual Meeting and Convention in Orlando.
This award is based on outstanding achievement in the field of pharmaceutical public relations in Florida.
Lakhani is the owner of Garden Drugs in Fort Lauderdale and has been an APCI Member since 2012. He is very active in advocating for independent pharmacy with the Florida legislature.
APCI congratulates Aneesh on receiving this recognition.

APCI Members Enjoy McKesson ideaShare 2025 in Nashville
McKesson ideaShare was held July 10-13, 2025, in Nashville, TN at the Opryland Hotel. Pharmacists, technicians, and representatives from 395 pharmacies joined together to share ideas and learn from expert presenters on topics related to independent pharmacy.
During the event, APCI shared space with 21 of our preferred vendors and hosted a party Friday night in the Tennessee Ballroom. Members enjoyed great food and entertainment and filled the room to the very end of the event.
