Attendees following the 'Pharmacists Fight Back Act' press conference

APCI Staff and Members Attend Press Conference

Earlier this month, the Pharmacists Fight Back Act was reintroduced in the House of Representatives. APCI members and staff attended a press conference at the Capitol to announce the PBM reform bill's return.

APCI staff worked with legislative staffers in developing a strategy to put this bill in a great position for passage during this session. But this will not be successful without you. Contact your representative and ask him or her to cosponsor this legislation.

For more information on this bill, click here.

We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of this bill.
