This is a reminder of MedImpact’s policy regarding the way that eCOB is submitted for Moda Health Plans. Moda Health plans in WA, OR, and AK accept eCOB for individual, small group, large group, and EOCCO plans. This pertains to RxBin: 003585 and RxPCN: 38600.
