CVS/caremark administers the prescription benefits for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. A system adjudication error is causing some claims for some members to return an incorrect copay. If the member states that he/she has already met his/her deductible, please call the Pharmacy Help Desk at 800-364-6331. The Pharmacy Help Desk will be able to determine whether this member is part of this issue and assist with an override to correct the copay.
