Mirixa: Changes to Due Date Methodology at Mirixa

Author: Angie Shirley/Monday, February 8, 2016/Categories: APCI Choice

In the past, Mirixa has been able to process case extension requests up to the final due date, assuming the program supported and allowed such extensions. Many of our current programs are very time-specific and this requires that we must implement a new 48-hour-prior-to-due-date request window in order to properly process an extension. As an example, if the case is due to expire on 2/28/16, you would need to call our support desk no later than 5:30PM EST on 2/26/16.

Many plans are working on very exact timeframes for their cases to be worked. Be sure to check your queue daily to ensure you access your cases as soon as they are available so they can be done within the specified timeframes.

Remember Mirixa has many resources to help as you gear up
