Important Mirixa Notification

Additional CVS Caremark MTM Program Cases (CMR cases) have finished releasing to your pharmacy on the MirixaPro platform. Since Mirixa was unable to provide a forecast/case potential report for this release, they have gone ahead and added a one week extension to assist your pharmacy with case completion. The new due date for these cases will be June 2nd.

Mirixa: Changes to Due Date Methodology at Mirixa

In the past, Mirixa has been able to process case extension requests up to the final due date, assuming the program supported and allowed such extensions. Many of our current programs are very time-specific and this requires that we must implement a new 48-hour-prior-to-due-date request window in order to properly process an extension. As an example, if the case is due to expire on 2/28/16, you would need to call our support desk no later than 5:30PM EST on 2/26/16.

Mirixa: 2016 CVS Caremark Medicare MTM Programs

14 Day Due Date Extension added for Initial Cases

Due to the high volume of cases for the initial launch of the 2016 CVS Caremark Medicare MTM programs we will be giving our network pharmacies additional time to complete these cases. Mirixa is extending the initial 2016 CVS Caremark MTM programs due dates by an additional two weeks. These cases will now expire on March 10, 2016. This change applies to the following CVS Caremark MTM programs:
