Effective July 13, 2018, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a recall notice on pharmaceuticals containing the active ingredient Valsartan.
Participating Pharmacies may receive a Refill Too Soon rejection when submitting a replacement and/or alternative medication not within the Covered Persons refill window.
