Congress is back in session after the summer recess, and that means NCPA is on the case with the weekly advocacy update!

Pharmacists in Iowa and across the country are claiming victory as the Southern District Court of Iowa granted the State of Iowa's motion to dismiss the remaining complaints of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association's (PCMA) lawsuit against it over the state’s pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) regulation law.

The 2015 2nd Special Session of the Alabama Legislature convened on Tuesday night is hopes of passing a General Fund Budget, which the Legislature has failed to accomplish in the Regular and 1st Special Sessions this year.
