Three bills have been introduced in Washington that are very important to independent pharmacy and APCI needs your help to encourage your members of Congress and U.S. Senators to support and sign-on as co-sponsors.  The following bills need to have the entire delegations from APCI member states on as co-sponsors:

Today, January 28th, 2015, the federal provider status legislation was reintroduced in the House of Representatives.

The 2015 Organizational Session of the Alabama Legislature came and went in just two days this week. The Organizational Session began at noon on Tuesday, January 13th and adjourned on Wednesday, January 14th.

Confusion continues to surround Aetna’s Part D networks for 2015 with the greatest concern now the lack of timely access to critical medications, especially among the most frail and susceptible Medicare beneficiaries.
