All
APNS pharmacies must complete credentialing requirements NO LATER than
3/31/2015.
Failure
to complete credentialing will negatively impact third party relationships.
In
an effort to streamline this process for all APNS member pharmacies, a NEW
credentialing portal was created and is available via the APCI website, www.apcinet.com.
All
APNS member pharmacies are required to complete this credentialing by
the deadline and then maintain current information going forward as required in
Section 3 of the APNS Participating Pharmacy Membership Agreement.
To
complete this required credentialing effort, your pharmacy will need to:

Log on to www.apcinet.com
using your existing APCI user name and password
- From the Services Menu, select APNS,
then Pharmacy Credentialing
You will need to complete ALL of
the following sections for your pharmacy’s credentialing to be complete:

Primary Information
- License and Insurance
- Pharmacy Hours Services and Features
- Compounding Ownership Details
