Express Scripts has updated its Network Provider Manual

In accordance with Kentucky MAC law (Ky.Rev.Stat.Ann. §304.17A-162), the following is a list of products for which CVS Caremark® MAC adjustments have been made with retroactive effective dates as a result of granted MAC appeals.

In accordance with Kentucky MAC law (Ky.Rev.Stat.Ann. §304.17A-162), the following is a list of products for which CVS Caremark® MAC adjustments have been made with retroactive effective dates as a result of granted MAC appeals.

For any specialty and nonspecialty products not specifically addressed, the discount shall be set at the Pharmacy’s retail brand or generic rate as set forth in the applicable Exhibit B(s) or AWP-15.25% for brand products and AWP-40% for generic products.
