Effective January 1, 2018, Plans must allow for synchronization of prescriptions and pro-rate the cost-sharing as instructed by the Texas House Bill 1296.

Effective January 1, 2018, CVS Caremark® will begin to administer the prescription benefits for Verscend Technologies.

Below is a crosswalk for the BIN/PCN numbers for any claim with a fill date of Jan. 1, 2018, or later. Claims with a fill date prior to Jan. 1, 2018, will continue to use the BIN/PCN listed as current below.
