Due to the recent severe weather in Florida and Georgia due to Hurricane Irma, Prime Therapeutics (Prime) has implemented its Natural Disaster Relief protocol to assist our clients and their Covered Persons in the states of Florida and Georgia.

CVS Caremark® is dedicated to assisting Providers and Eligible Persons in response to emergencies resulting from natural disasters. In order to quickly serve members in those areas impacted, pharmacies can enter a code to override the refill-too-soon or duplicate therapy edit without calling the Pharmacy Help Desk.
