Heritage Health Solutions is an existing Plan Sponsor with CVS Caremark®. Veterans with Heritage Health Solutions do not have member ID cards.

Effective October 1st, 2017, Florida Blue will begin rejecting claims for Covered Persons who have not had any opioid prescriptions (long-acting or short-acting) within the previous 60 days. Short-acting opioid prescriptions written for a day supply greater than 7 days will require a Prior Authorization.
