Effective 7/1/2017, Cigna will be making additional formulary changes that may impact customers at your pharmacy. We have included a list of drugs – by drug class – that will be considered non-covered, non-preferred brand or require approval from Cigna for coverage, as well as the covered alternatives.

Effective July 1, Basic Energy members will have new combination member ID cards that have both medical and prescription processing information.

Should you receive an ineligible reject message at the time of processing a prescription for a PHC Florida enrollee, please contact the plan’s Pharmacy Technical Help Line at (888) 554-1334, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to confirm the eligibility status of the enrollee.
