In accordance with Texas Labor Code §408.0281, OptumRX (formerly Catamaran), ScripNet, LLC (“ScripNet”), and Healthcare Solutions, Inc., DBA Cypress Care (“Healthcare Solutions”), are providing the following notification to network healthcare providers in the state of Texas.

Pursuant to the sixty (60) month agreement beginning October 12, 2011, OptumRX provides Healthcare Solutions and ScripNet with access to its network of providers at the discounted fee rate previously established by OptumRX and its providers. In an effort to comply with this Texas law, we are attaching a list of Healthcare Solutions and ScripNet clients who may access our pharmacy network.

Pursuant to the sixty (60) month agreement beginning July 5, 2011, OptumRX provides Modern Medical Inc. with access to its network of providers at the discounted fee rate previously established by OptumRx and its providers. In an effort to comply with this new Texas law, we are attaching a list of Modern Medical Inc. clients who may access our pharmacy network.

Express Scripts is the pharmacy benefit manager for Keolis Commuter Services in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Rhode Island. When processing claims for members of Keolis, please only use the 9 characters before the dash for the member ID number. Including the characters after the dash will result in pharmacies receiving reject code 52 Non-Matched Cardholder ID.
