OptumRx, UnitedHealthcare’s pharmacy benefits manager, recently identified Lumigan claims with NDC 000233205** that rejected between 11/10/16 and 11/16/16 as a noncovered prescription drug for some UnitedHealthcare Medicare Part D members. The claims returned a rejection code of 70 for “product/service not covered”. OptumRx has since taken the necessary steps to correct this the setup of this drug.
