In accordance with Texas Labor Code §408.0281, Catamaran and Tech Health, Inc. are providing the following notification to network healthcare providers in the state of Texas. Pursuant to the sixty (60) month agreement beginning October 1st 2011 Catamaran provides Tech Health with access to its network of providers at the discounted fee rate previously established by Catamaran and its providers. In an effort to comply with this Texas law, we are attaching a list of Tech Health clients who may access our pharmacy network.

　 This is a reminder to network pharmacies serving Medicaid members that as of July 1, 2016, all managed care claims for Hepatitis C drugs in West Virginia are covered by Medicaid Fee-for-Service.

In accordance with Texas Labor Code §408.0281, Catamaran, ScripNet, LLC ("ScripNet"), and Healthcare Solutions, Inc., DBA Cypress Care ("Healthcare Solutions"), are providing the following notification to network healthcare providers in the state of Texas.

This is a follow up to a previous communication as there has been a change in the PA code that was created. The new PA code is: 01012016301. Based on feedback from pharmacies (and functionality available with their prior PBM), Cornell University has asked to allow pharmacists the ability to enter vacation overrides for Cornell members for a one month supply.
