Effective 7/1/2015, EnvisionRxOptions became the new claims processor for Reta Trust.

On August 1, 2015, all services will transition from Univera Community Health (UCH) to Monroe Plan for all Managed Medicaid and Child Health Plus members with UCH coverage.
