Effective July 1, 2015, Security Health Plan Medicare Part B Supplemental Plan, will be processed through Argus Health Systems. The plan design is as follows: A supplemental/COB plan for Medicare members with primary coverage of Medicare.

As you are aware, Physicians United Plan (PUP), a Medicare Part D plan, was ordered into receivership for purposes of liquidation on June 9, 2014, and was ordered liquidated effective July 1, 2014. The Florida Department of Financial Services is the court appointed Receiver of PUP.
