Envision has received notice that generic Nexium® was approved for launch on or around February 17, 2015.

Effective March 2, 2015, claims for generic Nexium® (esomeprazole magnesium) will be treated as a benefit exclusion for the entirety of the generic exclusivity period. During this time, beneficiaries will be able to receive the brand name Nexium® at their generic copay and DAW penalty waived.  If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact our Pharmacy Help Desk at 1-800-361-4542. Effective March 1, 2015, CVS/Caremark will begin to administer the prescription benefits for Molina Healthcare of Texas dual eligible plan members. Dual eligible plan members include those with primary Medicare Part D coverage and secondary Medicaid coverage.

Please update or create plan member profiles to reflect the changes regarding the following new plan adjudicating through CVS/Caremark.

Effective March 1, 2015, CVS/Caremark will begin to administer the prescription benefits for Aetna Better   Health of Michigan dual eligible demonstration plan members. Please note: Some new members may not have received ID cards prior to start of this program. If a member does not have an ID number, please call Member Services at 855-676-5772 or the Pharmacy Help Desk at 855-319-6287 to verify eligibility. Claims can be submitted using the information provided below.
