Flu Immunization List Update for US Script Pharmacy Network (Peach State Health Plan)

Beginning 1/1/15, certain medications within the hepatitis C therapy class will no longer be covered on most clients’ Express Scripts national formulary for patients new to therapy. Members currently undergoing treatment for an excluded therapy can continue to complete it and will be grandfathered. This change does not apply to Medicare Part D.

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. on behalf of Adventist Health System would like to inform you that the Adventist Health System member ID number will be changing effective 1/1/2015 to ‘W’ plus a 9-digit number. Members were issued new member ID cards with their new member ID number. The new card is active now so please request the new card information from the members now.
