As of January 1, 2018, the 21st Century Cures Act mandates that states shall not make payment for services to anyone who provides services, orders, prescribes or refers services to those eligible for the Medicaid program unless they are screened and enrolled with the state Medicaid agency providing benefits to the member.

Effective April 1, 2018, CVS Caremark® will begin to administer the prescription benefits for Lazer Spot.

CVS Caremark® is providing a summary of 2017 reconciliation information to assist providers, detail of which will begin appearing on March 2018 reports and remittance advices.
