Effective January 1, 2018, Global Health, Inc. will be transitioning to Magellan Rx Management as their new pharmacy benefit manager (PBM).

Beginning August 1, 2017, DMAS launched the CCC Plus Managed Care program for full Medicaid members who are either 65 or older, children or adults with disabilities, nursing facility residents, and those receiving services and supports through a home and community based waiver.

Please find attached the 2016-2017 MagellanRx Pharmacy Network Fee Schedule VAC-16 which updates the current reimbursement for vaccines covered under our Commercial and Medicaid lines of business that elect to cover vaccines along with Medicare Part D:

• VAC-16 replaces Pharmacy Network Fee Schedule VAC-15 and will be utilized for Medicare Part D and Commercial and Medicaid plans where vaccines are covered under the pharmacy benefit for the 2016-2017 flu season.

New Plan Information

As of October 1st 2016, the Rx processing information for Fond du Lac Regional Clinic employees has changed. As a result of this change, members have received new ID cards and with a new BIN, PCN and RxGRP for prescription claims processing.

Enrollee Identification Cards

Eligible members have a new ID card with the new processing information. As of October 1st, 2016, all new pharmacy claims must be processed using the newly assigned numbers. During this transition, members may have two cards, so please be sure to reference this new card beginning October 1st.

Payer Sheets

In preparation for this transition, a new Payer Specification Sheet is available. We encourage you to review the Payer Specification sheet and contact your software vendor to make any necessary changes to support this transition.

New Pharmacy Benefits Manager Contractor

On October 1, 2016, Medical Associates Health Plans and Health Choices will be transitioning responsibility for pharmacy claims processing to the pharmacy benefits manager, Magellan Rx Management. Pharmacies must submit all pharmacy claims for payment through the Magellan Rx Management pharmacy system.
