Effective January 1, 2018, CVS Caremark® will begin to administer the prescription benefits for University of Dayton.

Effective January 1, 2018, Magellan Rx will will assume administrative operation of the pharmacy benefits for Alliant Health Plans, Inc.

Effective January 1, 2018, Diabetes Testing Supplies manufactured by Ascensia (see table below) will be the exclusive products for Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Covered Persons in Illinois, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Montana.
