In accordance with Kentucky MAC law (Ky.Rev.Stat.Ann. §304.17A-162), the following is a list of products for which CVS Caremark® MAC adjustments have been made with retroactive effective dates as a result of granted MAC appeals.

As of January 1, 2018, the 21st Century Cures Act mandates that states shall not make payment for services to anyone who provides services, orders, prescribes or refers services to those eligible for the Medicaid program unless they are screened and enrolled with the state Medicaid agency providing benefits to the member.

Beginning October 1, 2017 and through February 1, 2018 many Plan Sponsors will begin implementing new opiod plan edits.
