APCI began as a small buying group for a limited number of independent pharmacies in central Alabama. Since that time, the cooperative has grown to more than 1,800 members pharmacies in 26 states, and provides its members with a wide range of products and services.

Our mission is to represent the economic and professional interests of independent pharmacies by providing leadership, vision, and a collective voice for our members in the healthcare marketplace. Our goal is to level the playing field for our member pharmacies by providing innovative, targeted programs to benefit our entire membership.

Argus: Bulletin: Online Directory Update Reminder

In accordance with the update of section 100.4 of the Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG), Argus would like to remind all contracted pharmacies to keep their pharmacy information current with NCPDP dataQ. What You Need to Know ·         Argus receives both a weekly and month feed from NCPDP dataQ which we use as a clearinghouse for all pharmacy information. ·         The information on dataQ represents what information Argus has on file. Any changes will be captured on the next file feed Argus receives from NCPDP. ·         In accordance with the update to section 100.4 of the MMG, Argus requests that all changes to pharmacy information be made to NCPDP dataQ within 30 days of the change including pharmacy hours, location changes, phone numbers, etc. Action Required To update your information with NCPDP, please email pharmacyhelp@ncpdp.org.
