The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced a voluntary product recall on February 22, 2016 for the following: Pramipexole tablets 0.125mg 90-count bottles, manufactured by Macleods Pharma USA This recall was due to the comingling of a tablet of Carbimazole with the affected lot. There has been no press release of this recall to date. The product was distributed on September 23, 2015.
