Catamaran is noticing a trend of cases coming in that require pharmacy education for cost exceeds limit rejection.

Aetna Better Health of New Jersey is an existing plan sponsor with CVS/caremark. Effective July 1, 2015, Compounds will no longer be covered by Aetna Better Health of New Jersey unless it is medically necessary or if the member is 5 years of age or younger.

　 Our Ethics and Compliance department will promptly investigate allegations of wrongful, illegal or unethical business practices by any Magnolia employee or any provider and when necessary report allegations of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law violations and the False Claims Act to government regulators.
