As of June 26, 2015, claims for Multi-Ingredient Compounds (MICs) will process according to the Cigna-HealthSpring Medicare Part D Formularies.

Presumptive Eligibility (PE) is temporary help for coverage-eligible individuals who face acute health care issues. It is not intended to be a primary method of enrollment into the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) or Medicaid.

Effective 7/1/15: 

 Injured workers’ that currently have coverage through Broadspire and administered by Express Scripts (ESI) will be transitioned and active with myMatrixx, effective 7/1/15.

Effective today, June 22, 2015, Express Scripts experienced a system issue impacting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana member claims, which is causing these claims to reject incorrectly with 70 (Product/Service Not Covered – Plan/Benefit Exclusion).
