Please be advised that effective July 1, 2015 the attached List of Benecard Clients who have renewed their pharmacy services agreement Benecard Services will be enrolled in the limited/restricted network Exhibit C Option 110 (50K) network.    

Please note as of approximately 5:30 a.m. CDT this morning, June 23, 2015, the Express Scripts system issue that was causing Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana member claims to reject incorrectly with NCPDP reject code 70 (Product/Service Not Covered – Plan/Benefit Exclusion), has been resolved and claims should now process as expected.
