As you know, Tmesys recently introduced their new prescription card design to reflect Helios, the new name of PMSI and Progressive Medical. This card has the same processing information as the previous PMSI version of the Tmesys prescription card. This was a card design change only. Moving forward, all new claimants will be receiving the new card.

Tmesys will not reissue a new card to each injured worker; therefore injured parties will be using different versions of the Tmesys prescription card. Please treat these cards equally. Attached is an example of the two pharmacy cards. The BIN and PCN numbers have NOT changed, so please continue to follow existing workflows, processes, and policies when filling prescriptions for injured parties using either of these two cards.

In accordance with 21 CFR 1306.22–1306.23, 1306.25, and 1306.27, prescriptions for Schedule Class II controlled substances will no longer be allowed refills.

This is a brief note to let you know that the latest dataset was made available in EQuIPP as of April 15th. This dataset includes prescription drug claims from September 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. Please log-in at your convenience and check it out.
