ATTN: Pharmacists: As of Sept 1st, 2016, Prestige Health Choice will no longer cover prescriptions filled in out-of-state pharmacies. This does NOT include pharmacies within fifty (50) miles of the Florida state line, providing that they hold a Florida Medicaid provider number.  Members will be able to continue filling prescriptions for at least sixty (60) days from the date above. After that date, they will no longer be able to refill their prescriptions at any out-of-state pharmacy.  Prestige will only cover prescription(s) in out-of-state pharmacies in cases of emergency treatment. We regret any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your cooperation with this change in the Prestige Health Choice Network.
