Prime Therapeutics - Coordination of Benefits (COB) for Covered Persons of Capital Health Plan (CHP)

Effective April 1, 2018

Effective April 1, 2018 Capital Health Plan will implement on-line Coordination of Benefits processing. Capital Health Plan Participating Pharmacies have the capability to process on-line claims for Covered Persons of Capital Health Plan who have a primary insurance in addition to Capital Health Plan.

Effective April 1, 2018

Effective April 1, 2018, Blue Cross Blue Shield Alabama "BCBSAL" will be implementing an utilization management program which limits the duration of therapy of immediate release opioids, including single and combination agents.
