Envolve Pharmacy Solutions (formerly US Script) and CVS Caremark® are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, CVS Caremark will begin to process claims for NextLevel Health.

In accordance with Kentucky MAC law (Ky.Rev.Stat.Ann. §304.17A-162), the following is a list of products for which CVS Caremark® MAC adjustments have been made with retroactive effective dates as a result of granted MAC appeals.

As a reminder, CVS Caremark® is dedicated to assisting Providers and Eligible Persons in response to emergencies resulting from natural disasters, severe weather, etc. where medical records are either destroyed or not accessible.
